Shuttle Buses To/From Leeds Train Station
To make your journey to and from Roundhay Park as smooth as possible, we will be operating a dedicated shuttle bus service between the train station and the event site.
Operating Hours:
The shuttle bus will run frequently throughout the event days, Specific timetables will be available on the official event app.
Pick-up/Drop-off Points:
Train Station: The pick-up and drop-off point at the train station will be clearly signposted and located just outside the main entrance. Stewards will be on hand to support customers.
Roundhay Park: At the event site, the shuttle bus will arrive and depart from a designated area near the West entrance, clearly marked for easy access.
We encourage all attendees arriving by train to utilise this convenient service to ensure a hassle-free journey to and from Roundhay Park. Estimated journey time from Leeds City Centre Train Station to Roundhay Park is approximately 30 minutes.

Big Green Coach services provide a fantastic option for those travelling from outside Leeds, reducing your carbon footprint and ensuring a hassle-free journey.
Further details on routes, pick-up points, operating hours, and tickets will be available on the official event app and the Big Green Coach website closer to the event date. We encourage you to book your coach travel in advance to secure your seat and contribute to a greener festival experience.

Cycling
Please bring your own lock to take advantage of the temporary bike racks which are located at both of the East and West entrances.
Don’t attach your bike to any park railings or you risk having it removed.
Please collect your bike on the same day at the end of the event. Bikes left overnight may be removed.
Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller blades or personal motorised vehicles are not permitted inside the event - this is with the exception of mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs.
Ebikes
We encourage visitors to use public transport when travelling to and from Roundhay Festival. Should you travel by e-bike there will be temporary dockless e-bike parking within Roundhay Park on live event days.
There are also plenty of e-bike parking locations situated just outside of the park and surrounding areas. If parking bays are full please find another, please do not leave your e-bike on pavements, outside of residential properties, crossing points or entrances to the park as this causes hazards for pedestrians.
Drop Off/Pick Up
For those arriving by taxis, uber, or any other land vehicles, there will be a Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO) onsite. Traffic Marshalls will direct you to this point.
Wetherby Road
Park & Ride
We actively encourage all attendees travelling by car to utilise our dedicated Park & Ride services, operating from three convenient locations:
Temple Green (LS9 0AA): Park & Ride for trips in from the north and east of Leeds. Located in the Aire Valley, near junction 45 of the M1.
Elland Road (LS11 0EB): Park & Ride for trips in from the south and west of Leeds. Located adjacent to the Leeds United football stadium on the A643, just off Junction 2 of the M621 motorway.
Stourton (LS10 1FF): Park & Ride for trips in from the south and southwest of Leeds. Located at M621 J7, accessible from M621, A61 Wakefield Road, and A639 Leeds Road to Pontefract Road.
Park and Ride services provide the quickest opportunity to leave the event site. Further details on operating hours, tickets, and exact pick-up/drop-off points for the Park & Ride services will be made available on the official event app closer to the event date. Estimated journey times from Roundhay Park to the Park and Rides is estimated to be 30 minutes.
Car Parking
Paid public car parking will be available on-site at Roundhay Park in a designated area on Soldiers Field. Instructions on how to pre-book will be shared closer to the event.
